I would like to ask everyone: has anyone used a manual piston pump? The material to be pumped is white oil, the outlet pressure required is 7 MapG, and the temperature range is 20–40°C. Currently, we are considering using the ALEMITE 7149 series. What are the things to keep in mind when designing and using such a pump? 2. What are the corresponding design and manufacturing standards for this type of pump?
I have used hand-cranked piston pumps for various petroleum-based liquid products; they are not suitable for corrosive liquids, liquids containing fibers or other solid particles, or liquids with temperatures above +40 degrees Celsius. I’m not in the design field, so I don’t know anything else about it: lol
I have used this pump to add additives to tanks, but I’m not sure about the design details; please check the relevant standards. :)
I’ve never used a hand-cranked piston pump; I use hand-pressed piston pumps quite often
