The operator reports include: process operation parameter records, equipment operation parameter records, special equipment operation records, cumulative material quantity records, and so on. The engineer reports include: monthly process operation reports, material measurement reports, equipment operation reports, material plans for major overhauls, major overhaul plans, start-up and shutdown plans, and so on.
What does each of these reports include – the major maintenance material planning report, the major maintenance plan report, and the start-stop plan report?
Operators: Job operation records, shift handover logs, energy consumption and material usage reports. Engineers: Daily production reports, process inspection records, stability rate statistics reports
