For example, the material inlet temperature at the cold end is higher than that at the hot end, and the cold end outlet temperature must be higher. It's basically a typo. Or the calculated temperature at the hot end is very low. It’s better to check the two logistics carefully. I don’t know if that’s right.
The above is correct, but the input was wrong. The temperature of the cold fluid is already higher than the temperature of the hot fluid. How can he calculate it?
There is another problem that you need to pay attention to. It is not necessarily a problem with your settings. It may be that there is a problem when you connect the flow streams. Different Heatx modules in Heat exchangers have different requirements for the flow direction of hot and cold logistics. In other words, pay attention to which logistics is taking the pipeline.
1. When connecting the logistics, carefully check the function of each port to see if the port is connected correctly. 2. If the port is connected correctly, the problem is that there is a problem with your temperature input. At any point, the temperature of the hot fluid is higher than the temperature of the cold fluid that transfers heat to it.
When building a process, after selecting the stream, hover the mouse over the logistics you want to add, and it will display whether it is a hot stream or a cold stream, so that there will be no mistakes when entering the temperature.
