Repeated grounding refers to the practice of performing it on the PE wire, rather than on the working neutral wire. Repeated grounding can be carried out on the PE wire at the entrance to the workshop; after entering the workshop, the wires coming out of the low-voltage distribution cabinet have the neutral wire and the PE wire strictly separated from each other – they must not be mixed together. A leakage circuit breaker is installed in the wiring, and if the neutral and ground wires are mixed, this will cause the leakage circuit breaker to trip, preventing it from functioning properly. Therefore, repeated grounding cannot be done on the working neutral wire.
