Corrosion of restructured plate heat exchangers?

Material 321, temperature: high temperature of 500 degrees, low temperature around 80-90 degrees; mainly used for heat exchange of feed and products in reformation reactions. Corrosion pattern: perforation in the low-temperature section of the plate. The medium is oil and gas containing trace amounts of water and chloride ions. Have I chosen the wrong material?
You might consider trying the 825
It contains chloride ions, and the material used is 316L.
00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2 duplex stainless steel should be better, right?
To address the HCl corrosion issue in the feed and products of the reformation reaction, on one hand, appropriate material choices for the equipment are used to reduce corrosion, and on the other hand, HCl is removed from the feed and products in order to minimize the degree of corrosion.
