The auxiliary combustion chamber uses electric ignition, but the ignition does not work; it only manages to ignite after 48 hours. What could be the reasons for this? And what should be done in case such an issue occurs?
1. Gas quality: there should not be too much liquid phase; pay attention to removing condensate. 2. Is there a problem with the igniter? Take it apart for inspection before trying again. 3. The ratio of primary to secondary air supply is not appropriate; generally, the air flow is kept low during initial ignition to prevent the flame from being blown out. 4. If the above issues are resolved but the flame still does not ignite after using the igniter, do not take it lightly – immediately turn off the gas and let air flow through for a few minutes before attempting to ignite again, to avoid accidents
The simplest form of ignition is to use electricity; if that doesn’t work, just use a long torch. That’s what I do in my setup. . . . It works very well – 100% accurate! ! !

The igniter for our torch has been malfunctioning; whenever the torch goes out, we simply use fireworks to light it up again
