I would like to ask, what is the dust content of the crude gas produced by the coke oven before it enters the bridge pipe and before it is condensed and blasted? Thanks!
There should be some in the coking design reference. Go check it out and give it a try.
Just reading design books is useless. It’s not easy to answer this either. Different recycling processes are different ； Different finenesses are also different ； Different fans have different suction powers ； Very complicated.
I would like to add that the dust content is different at different stages of the coking process, the data of different furnace types are also different, and the dust content is also different under different operating conditions (high or low ammonia water pressure, coal loading method, riser pipe pressure, etc.). This data cannot be monitored and has little relevance. It can be inferred from the tar dust content. It would be better if this data could be monitored and could be used to guide coke oven operation.
It is difficult to estimate, but as long as the ammonia spray is normal, the dust content is not too large.
