Can Cr stainless steel and carbon steel be welded together?

Can Cr stainless steel (2Cr13) and carbon steel (WCB or 25#) be welded together? What type of welding electrode should be used for this welding?
It can be welded using a duplex welding rod.
It can be welded; A312 and A302 welding electrodes can be used for welding
Technically, it is certainly possible to use dissimilar steel electrodes (A302) for welding, and that was indeed the practice in previous years; however, in recent years, flange-based connections have been preferred for process pipelines.
Typical welding of dissimilar steels is not allowed. It can be connected using a pair of flanges.
It is certainly possible to weld in this way, but it is best not to use it on critical parts
It’s possible in areas with low pressure, but it’s generally not used
Copper corrosion occurs during the welding of dissimilar steels, and this is not allowed in chemical plants.
Any process has its limitations. Perhaps you can use it in ordinary situations where it merely serves a connecting role; in that case, you can use this welding method. However, if it is used under load, you cannot employ this welding technique.
I used to do welding in engineering work by using this direct welding method and excessive welding rods. But when I was involved in design work, I’ve never created designs that involved direct welding
