What are the standards for parameters such as the conductivity of circulating water, calcium and magnesium ions, total hardness, and total phosphorus? I would appreciate some guidance from those with experience. Thank you
Design can be carried out in accordance with the GB50050-2007 standard. Additionally, different water qualities require different chemicals to be used, which leads to variations in the control parameters as well.
Generally, there are two standards: those provided by the equipment manufacturer (or design institute) and those provided by the chemical supplier. The standards set by equipment manufacturers can serve as mandatory requirements; generally, appropriate make-up water is selected based on these standards, after which the chemical supplier is tasked with choosing the appropriate chemicals, determining the concentration ratio, and setting the control parameters. Under normal circumstances, the control limits for total hardness and calcium-magnesium ions provided by the chemical supplier should be lower than those set by the equipment manufacturer. The total phosphorus standard is provided by the chemical supplier.
This so-called LZ standard is related to the operating parameters of the system, such as the quality of water in and out, the concentration ratio, and the amount of chemicals added; these operating parameters are provided by the chemical suppliers.
