Problems with GB/T97.2

97.2 There is a sentence that goes something like "Weld cracks greater than 3mm and depth greater than 12.5% of the wall thickness are unqualified." I would like to ask "What does this mean?" How can I express the whole sentence to make it clearer? Don't laugh, everyone, it looks a bit funny. But it has been argued.
The poster is right, the language expression of the national standard is not strict and needs to be corrected.
