A friend asked me that although steam pressure regulators can keep the steam pressure relatively stable, the steam flow still varies. Therefore, a device for automatic steam flow compensation should be added to ensure stability in the steam flow. Excuse me, is this kind of device available? What’s the price? Please let me know. Self-acting flow control valves do exist, but when installed on pipelines, it’s not clear whether that is feasible. There are many reasons for changes in steam flow rate. Adding a flow compensation device is not practical. It’s rarely this useful.
We use pneumatic diaphragm self-regulating valves, which have no issues with flow regulation and do not require compensating devices:victory:
