Our group is planning to launch a new salt chemical project, and we would like to ask for your help in recommending an ion exchange membrane electrolyzer
It can be done at the School of Metallurgy, Central South University.
Beihua Ji is a company that manufactures ion membrane electrolyzers
We use those from the German company Wood, and the results are good.
In China, Beihua Ji is available; abroad, Asahi Kasei, Chlorine Engineering, and Wood are options. Currently, for small-scale projects in China, Beihua Ji is generally chosen, while for larger-scale projects, Asahi Kasei and Chlorine Engineering are more frequently selected.
I visited their ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer project for producing caustic soda at Haijing Chemical in Qingdao; the workshop was very hot.
Choose the chlorination project. It performs well in the domestic market. Shanghai has a maintenance base, while other manufacturers have to send their equipment abroad for repair.
We have recently put into use 400,000 tons of production capacity using electrolyzers manufactured by Beihua Machinery
Use the chlorine engineering solution – there are agencies in Shanghai that handle on-site installation as well as commissioning the system for trial production
