In the Texaco process, the syngas is converted without desulfurization; what catalyst is used, what is the allowable level of hydrogen sulfide in the syngas, and what effects occur if this level is too high? We use fixed-bed gasification with a cobalt-molybdenum catalyst for conversion, requiring an H2S content of less than 150 mg per cubic meter for the feedstock. I hope everyone can offer some guidance.
What are your thoughts on converting yellow phosphorus exhaust gases? The CO content is as high as 85%. :handshake
We have requirements regarding the minimum sulfur content, as cobalt-molybdenum is a sulfur-resistant catalyst and does not require a high sulfur content
