I would like to ask everyone: what are the technical documents required for production preparation? If anyone has detailed information, please send it to tao8686886008@yahoo.cn; I would be very grateful.
The scope of technical documents for production preparation is quite broad; to mention a few examples: process operation procedures, safety operation procedures, job-specific operating methods, equipment maintenance procedures, specifications for raw materials, intermediates, and product quality as well as consumption metrics, safety production responsibility systems, production plans, emergency response plans, process flow diagrams, equipment diagrams, etc. :)
What was said upstairs is more or less correct; the most important aspects are employee technical training and safety training.
The two people upstairs have said a lot, but regarding those detailed documents you mentioned, you didn’t say what kind of work you do – after all, the processes vary
Just to add, it is for dry chemical production
Production preparation documents generally include: plant operation procedures, safety operation procedures, various rules and regulations, various types of permits (such as maintenance permits, approval permits, hot work permits, etc.), emergency response plans, cost accounting methods and systems, information on material flow and equipment identification numbers, plans for initial startup and commissioning, as well as production operation plans
