What is the maximum production capacity of a single set of methanol distillation units currently built at home and abroad? Two towers, three towers or four towers? At present, the scale of methanol synthesis continues to expand. Is there any new progress in the distillation process? The 3+1 tower distillation of 600,000 tons is the most common among the rebuilt units at this stage. The diameters of the four towers are 2.5-4-5-1 meters respectively. Most of them are packed towers. If the crude alcohol quality is good, the production capacity can reach 800,000 tons per year.
