It’s been almost a year since graduation – what has everyone learned in the workplace? Do you have a life plan?
I’m basically a failure; I still haven’t developed any skills at all!
What can be learned is quite extensive. Perhaps one gains more in-depth professional knowledge, perhaps one learns ways of interacting with others, or it’s possible that one doesn’t learn anything at all. But the most important thing is what kind of life one wants to lead. The kind of life one leads determines what one needs. What is needed in order to learn *what*. I firmly believe that one should keep learning throughout their life~!
I’ve been working for almost a year now, and I feel like I’ve gained a lot, but it’s all rather scattered.
I’ve learned that one needs to calm down. :victory: :victory:
It’s been a year since I graduated, and I feel that I’ve still learned quite a bit. However, what I’ve learned isn’t as systematic or structured as it was in school. The things chosen these days are quite varied, so I think it’s impossible for a person to grow in just one year; there’s still a lot to learn, so one should approach learning with an open mind
Yes, one needs to calm down and study diligently, and be humble enough to learn from the skilled workers. Although they may not have much education, they possess decades of work experience, and there is a lot to learn from them. Additionally, it’s important to make use of the technical materials available in one’s department, to read as much as possible, and to consult supervisors when something is not understood
