　IV. Registration Procedures 　　For this examination, online registration and online payment are required. Applicants should use online payment cards from China Merchants Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, or China Construction Bank to make the payments online. Online registration is managed in two categories: those who are applying for the first time and those who have applied before. 　　(1) Candidates who are not taking the exam for the first time must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Website (website address: www.bjpta.gov.cn, the same hereafter) from March 24 to April 15, 2009, and complete the online registration and payment procedures in accordance with the requirements on the website. 　　(II) The procedures for first-time applicants are as follows: 1. Applicants must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Website from March 24 to April 3, 2009, to complete the online registration process, and fill in and submit the \"Qualification Review Form for the Professional Qualification Examination for Registered Safety Engineers\" (hereinafter referred to as the \"Qualification Review Form\") ； 　　2. After submission, print the \"Qualification Review Form\" on A4 paper. Attach two recent 2-inch (34mm×45mm) bareheaded ID photos taken with the same background, as required. These photos must be approved and stamped by the personnel (cadre) department of the applicant’s employer ； 　　3. Those holding the \"Qualification Review Form\", their identification documents (ID card, military officer’s certificate, driver’s license, passport – the same applies hereafter), graduation certificate, and degree certificate; those who meet the conditions for exemption from examinations must also provide a certificate of senior professional and technical rank (all of the above documents must be original copies). They are required to go to the Beijing Construction Engineering Training Center (address: No. 11, Xinzhong Street, outside Dongzhimen, Dongcheng District) from March 30 to April 2, 2009 ； Contact numbers: 64165149, 64177528) for qualification verification ； 　　4. Candidates who pass the qualification review must log in to the Beijing Personnel Examination Website by April 15, 2009, to pay the application fee online.
