Material issues for the cross-pipeline walkway platform

I would like to ask the teachers for advice: I want to create a walkway platform above a process pipeline, with 45-degree inclined ladders on both sides of the platform. The materials required are angle steel, steel mesh, and flat iron, but I’m not sure what specifications these materials should have. I also don’t know how to order them. Multiply the actual load-bearing capacity by a safety factor; around 1.3–1.4 should suffice. Then, you can refer to the manual to find the appropriate angle steel based on its allowable stress The procedure is the same for wire mesh, flat iron, and angle steel.
