Seeking help from an Excel expert regarding cell references

I’m seeking help from an Excel expert. For example, cell A1 contains the value 80, and cell A2 contains the value 2. I want to reference cells A1 and A2 in another cell and write it in the format of 80/2. But after making the reference, it becomes a division operation, and the result is 40. I don’t quite understand what the citation means, but I can make the cell display the status “80/2”. Select the cell--set cell format--Numbers--Text, and then enter 80/2 in that cell.
Assume A1 is 80 and A2 is 2 =A1&"/"&A2
I also understand now; by citing it this way, I’ve learned a trick
1. You can add an English single quote in front of 80/2. 2. In the cell settings, change the number to text format.
None of the methods mentioned above are correct; I’ve tried them, but so far I haven’t found a good solution
