Height of coal pile in open-air coal storage yard

Our plant has an open-air coal storage area, where coal is usually delivered by truck and piled up there directly. I would like to ask theoretically, what should be the appropriate height of a coal pile in order to ensure safety while also increasing the storage capacity of the coal yard? It is preferable for coal piles to have a gable shape in order to reduce sunlight exposure and rainwater infiltration. The coal stacking angle should be controlled between 40 and 45 degrees. The top is even. It generally does not exceed 6 m; if the coal pile is too high, it becomes difficult to turn the pile over or to carry out **other treatments in the event of spontaneous combustion
We conduct tests on the incoming coal; it is stored separately first, and once the results are available, it is transported using specialized trucks according to its category.
The height I see in factories is generally 5-8 meters~~ As for what the optimal safety height should be, it also depends on the floor area; the larger the area, the higher the required safety height
