It is possible to use a liquid sulfur storage tank as long as the speed of melting sulfur is greater than the speed of incineration. As for inventory, it should be placed in a solid sulfur warehouse rather than a liquid sulfur storage tank. Mainly due to cost.

It is more economical and reasonable to combine the four tanks of molten sulfur, filtration, filter aid and intermediate tank into one. A partition wall is added in the middle, which takes up less space and has good thermal insulation effect.
Our factory has a separate fast-melting tank, and the other three tanks are integrated into one. It is equipped with two large refined sulfur warehouses. Very good to use.
