Cannot apply texture

In the second grade, it was possible to upload images, but now I can’t even upload pictures (they won’t be uploaded). The file extension is correct, and the file size is between 1-20KB. Every time I try to view an image and then mark it as completed, an error message saying “Invalid image file” appears. I don’t know why; could it be a problem with my computer? I’ve read the new rules – it’s only that RAR files can’t be uploaded, but why can’t files in formats like gif, jpg, jpeg, and png either?
Try using a different browser, such as IE6.
For IE8 issues, switching to Google Chrome or Firefox will solve them. My IE8 has the same problem.
