What are the requirements for the gases before they enter the conversion furnace for hydrogen chloride and acetylene? For example, what is the ratio of hydrogen chloride to acetylene, what is the water content, and what is the amount of inert gas, etc.?~~~~
Ratio of HCL: C2H2 1.05/1; water content is 0.02% lower, and the value decreases by 0.002%
The moisture content is less than 0.006%. As for the ratio, it varies depending on the purity of the feed gas; the adjustment is made so that hydrogen chloride produced in the subsequent conversion process exceeds acetylene by 3–5 percentage points.
The ratio of HCL is C2H2 at 1.05/1; the water content is 0.02% less, and the amount of inert gas is around 5%.
The precise ratio should be HCL:C2H2 at 1.02～1.03:1; the water content should be 0.02% less, and the inert gas amount should be around 5%.
