Second, test the motor alone for four hours; once there are no issues, proceed to the next step ; Third, conduct a joint no-load test run ; ⒈Try chaining ; ⒉Remove the air valve. ⒊ Install a 200-mesh filter at the air valve inlet. Conduct a four-hour trial run with no issues before proceeding to the next step. Fourth, load testing: ⒈ Install a temporary air valve and open the inlet pipeline ; ⒉Representatives of the design firm, electrical, plumbing, and instrumentation engineers from the construction team, supervisors, chief engineers, and representatives of the operators were present at the site ; ⒊Gradually increase the load and conduct a four-hour test run; if there are no issues, proceed to the next step. During no-load testing, it is the intake valve that is removed, right? ; A filter screen should be installed at the inlet of the suction valve; is a blind plate necessary for the suction buffer? 3. What does the temporary air valve look like during the load test?
