The material dried by the drying flash dryer is a powder containing moisture. However, after drying, why is the drying flash device easily blocked and the wall of the cyclone separator is coked? What is the reason? Why is this so? The expert gave me some advice: our steam temperature is 145, and the melting point of the dry material is 149 to 155.
Easy to block, high viscosity and coking indicate that it contains impurities with low melting point. It is recommended to look for problems from the source of the process, especially the quality of raw materials and the reaction stage.
