Please help me calculate the pressure

There is a section of closed stainless steel pipeline, φ6×1, L=3m, filled with 30# turbine oil. If the pipeline is heated with an open flame (no time limit), how high can the internal pressure be? Is there any formula for theoretical calculation? It doesn’t require accuracy, it would be nice to have a reference value! The helper adds 10 points of wealth (the maximum authority of the individual).
