Is there a low-load limit for the normal operation of low-temperature methanol washing (gasification load)?
The normal operation of low-temperature methanol washing involves low loads; under normal circumstances, as long as the gasification load is sufficient to meet the minimum requirements for low-temperature methanol production (that is, the process gas meets the specified standards), it is sufficient. Our factory requires that the load on the low-pressure unit must not be less than 75% of the designed load. Below this load, it becomes difficult to control the system, and sometimes the purity of the gas can exceed the specified standards.
