What problems did you encounter during the construction process? What are your lessons learned? Let’s take it out and share it with everyone!
Let me throw out some ideas to get things started. During the foundation construction, I failed to coordinate properly with the electrical and other departments; as a result, after the foundation was completed, we had to dig it up again to redo the wiring work, which was truly not worth it
When I was a project manager for the first time, due to a lack of experience, the civil engineering work did not coordinate well with the other specialties. As mentioned earlier, after the foundation was completed, the underground pipelines had to be dug out again and installed. Now that I have experience, during the foundation construction phase in civil engineering, the necessary underground pipelines are installed at the same time, proper records are kept, and then the area is backfilled by the civil engineering team. This saves time, effort, and money. Kills several birds with one stone.
