How to fix the line style of a layer

Does anyone know how to fix the line style of a layer?
The poster can use the Layer Properties Manager to set the color, line type, line width, and other properties of each layer.
Fixed? Should the newly created layer be set as the current one, or should the previously configured layers be used in another newly created graphic? If it’s the former, just move the layer to the back to make it the current one ； I don’t know about the latter either; anyway, every time I create a new image now, I have to set up the necessary layers from scratch. I’m not sure if it’s possible; I hope someone with more experience can give me some advice!
Well, use the layer manager to create all the layers you need, and select the appropriate shapes.
