What are the conditions that must be met for gasification when it is used to guide gas flow? Are there any requirements regarding the temperature, pressure, and composition of the process gas delivered for the transformation? Thank you.
The main requirement is related to pressure; generally, once the pressure reaches 20 kilograms, a bypass can be used to facilitate stamping and raise the temperature of the conversion system. If gas introduction is delayed, a large amount of syngas is wasted.
It is generally required that the O2 content in raw gas be below 0.2%, and the H2S content above 0.1%. The shift pressure can be adjusted to pressure equilibrium by using N2, which helps to reduce the temperature rise during the first stage of the conversion process
