After the intermediate handover of the project, the project management department remains responsible for it until the completion acceptance. 2 Conditions required for intermediate handover of the project: 2.1 The project shall be completed in accordance with the design specifications ； 2.2 Preliminary evaluation of project quality is satisfactory ； 2.3 After the pressure testing of the process and power pipelines is completed, the system has been cleaned, purged, and made airtight, with insulation work largely finished ； 2.4 Static equipment strength testing, non-destructive testing, and cleaning completed ； 2.5 The individual testing of mechanical equipment is successful (except for those that require specific materials or special media and have not been tested) ； 2.6 After the load testing of large-scale units using air, nitrogen, or other media is completed, the automatic control systems such as the unit’s protective interlocks and alarms have been successfully calibrated and tested ； 2.7 The electrical, instrumentation, computer, as well as gas and fire/explosion prevention systems of the device have been successfully tested and calibrated ； 2.8 Demolish the temporary facilities used in construction in the equipment area; ensure that all work is completed, all materials are removed, and the site is clean, with the vertical structure construction finished ； 2.9 The items related to the three inspections and four determinations that have an impact on the joint commissioning, as well as the handling of design changes, have been completed; the responsibilities for other unfinished tasks and their completion deadlines are now clear ； 3 Contents of intermediate handover in the project 3.1 Verification and handover of the actual quantity of works in accordance with the design specifications ； 3.2 Review, verification, and handover of preliminary evaluation materials for project quality and relevant commissioning records ； 3.3 Installation of specialized tools and handover of remaining spare parts and materials ； 3.4 Clearance of project residual items and confirmation of completion time ； 3.5 Handover of random technical documents. 4 For intermediate handover of the project, the project management department, production and construction teams, as well as the design units conduct intermediate inspections on a unit-by-unit and specialty-by-specialty basis. Finally, an intermediate handover meeting is held with the participation of the general contractor, production teams, project management units, construction teams, and design units, who then sign the intermediate handover agreement and its attachments.
