Project details: The project adopts the synthetic ammonia process for co-producing methanol, involving the construction of a facility capable of producing 180,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 300,000 tons of urea, as well as 120,000 tons of methanol. The main process options include: gasification of ash-polymerized fly ash gas to produce semi-water gas, desulfurization using alkaline solutions, medium-pressure shift reaction with low conversion, PSA carbon removal, low-pressure methanol synthesis, alcohol-to-hydrocarbon refining, high-pressure ammonia synthesis, and urea synthesis via CO2 stripping. Large-grain urea is produced using Hydrotec technology, along with power supply and cogeneration facilities. It features local supply of raw materials, mature technology, low pollution, and low costs. Total project investment: The total investment amounts to 1.4 billion yuan.
