May I ask what relevant procedures need to be completed for a pressure vessel manufacturer to add a new factory building to produce pressure vessels? Is it a qualified unit that adds a new factory to expand production? Does it need to be notified or reviewed by the Quality Inspection Bureau? Are there any requirements for the production conditions and other standards of the site? Urgent question, if you know anything please help me
According to the provisions of Article 194, if the factory is not in the same compound as the original factory and is inconsistent with the original registered address, the relevant certification department should be notified. There may be cases where the relevant responsible personnel are unable to arrive at work normally and two sets of quality assurance systems are required.
According to Article 20 of the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Manufacturing of Boilers and Pressure Vessels", the manufacturing unit shall submit a change declaration to the licensing department. Based on the manufacturing enterprise's change declaration, the licensing department shall make decisions such as granting permission, conducting necessary inspections, or handling separate license application procedures, and notify the enterprise.
