The reactor was previously lined with graphite on a carbon steel substrate; now it is intended to be lined with PO. What issues need to be taken into consideration? Please advise those with experience. The reaction medium is hydrochloric acid, mineral powder (with a particle size of 300 mesh), and the reactor is heated directly by steam
Hehe. . What operating conditions are we looking at? . It’s best not to use PO if the temperature exceeds 50 degrees
Lined PO generally has temperature limitations; it is best not to exceed 80 degrees under normal circumstances
It is best to change it to F46 or fluoropolymer material for steam heating.
