What is a QQ communication group and how to join one? I’m getting older; I’ve only heard that QQ is used for chatting. Is it useful for work?

From my experience, groups are basically useless. It’s all nonsense. There are very few useful things. I’ve joined almost a hundred groups. Now only a few friend groups remain.
