How can I view the built-in material properties of HTRI?

As the title suggests, I found a significant difference between the calculation results using HTRI’s built-in property values and those obtained by importing property data from PRO/II. I want to check whether this difference is due to varying property values. How can I view the built-in property values in HTRI? Thank you!
I came up with a simple method: first use HTRI’s property database, run the simulation, and then check the monitor in the shell-and-tube section; one can set the interval accordingly to find the appropriate temperature point
