As mentioned, the low-boiling substances content in our finished aniline products has been relatively high recently. All indicators of our primary distillation column (vacuum, kettle temperature, top temperature) are within the specified range, and the moisture content in the finished products is very low. How can we reduce the content of low-boiling substances in the finished products? ? ?
1. Take samples and analyze the composition of materials at the top and bottom of the tower to see if they are within the control range.； 2. Check whether the tray pressure difference is normal. If the deviation is relatively large, it may be due to improper operation of the distillation column or the tray falling off.
Are the low boilers in your crude product higher than before?
Analyze whether the benzene content in the crude product is too high. Benzene is not easy to remove in the primary distillation tower!
Personally, I think it is also due to the benzene content. A small stripping tower should be added to the gas phase outlet of the primary distillation tower. It is very effective for treating the benzene content in the gas phase.
