Emergency handling of the oxygen compressor oil pump: Under normal conditions, the main oil pump operates, and all oil pressure values reach the set levels; the auxiliary oil pump is in a ready state for use. If the oil pressure values do not reach the normal levels when one of the main oil pumps is operating, the auxiliary oil pump will start automatically, and both pumps will operate simultaneously to ensure that all oil pressure values are met. If the oil pressure values in the oxygen compressor oil system fall below the interlock thresholds, it will cause the oxygen compressor system to stop, so it is extremely important to ensure that the oil pumps operate properly. Appropriate measures should be taken to address any abnormalities in the oil pumps. (1) If there are abnormalities in the operation of the main oil pump and the oil pressure values do not reach the normal levels, the auxiliary oil pump will start automatically, and both pumps will operate together. Handling steps: Switch between the two pumps according to the following procedure to stop the main oil pump and have the auxiliary oil pump take over. (Before making the switch, the control room operator must inform the dispatching, instrumentation, power, and maintenance teams.) 1. “Disengage” the interlocks related to oil pressure in the oxygen compressor system; 2. Change the operation mode of the two oil pumps from “automatic” to “manual””; 3. In the oil system, the automatic control valves PCV171076 and PIC171075 are switched from \"automatic\" to \"manual\" mode, and their valve openings are set to the values under normal conditions. 4. Once all oil pressure values are stable, stop the operation of the main oil pump and switch to using the auxiliary oil pump ; 5. Once the oil pressure stabilizes, manually adjust PCV171076 and PIC171075 to bring the oil pressure to normal levels ; 6. Click the “Reset” button to reset. 7. Have the Instrumentation, Power, and Engineering Maintenance Department inspect the stopped main oil pump; if there are any issues, carry out repairs immediately. 8. Perform a trial run on the repaired oil pump; if all oil pressures remain stable after starting the pump, shut it down and set it aside for future use ; 9. Once all oil pressure values are normal, the two oil pumps are switched from \"manual\" to \"automatic\" mode” ; 10. PCV171076 and PIC171075 were changed from “manual” to “automatic”” ; 11. Incorporate the various oil pressure interlocks into the oxygen compressor interlock system. (II) If there is an abnormality in the main oil pump, the auxiliary oil pump cannot start automatically. Handling measures: Follow these steps – first start the auxiliary oil pump to make it operate, and then stop the main oil pump (the operator in the control room should inform the dispatching, instrumentation, power, and maintenance departments before making the switch). 1. Change the operation mode of the two oil pumps in the oil system from “automatic” to “manual”” ; 2. Start the auxiliary oil pump ; 3. “Disengage” the various oil pressure interlocks in the air compressor interlock system; 4. Repeat steps 3-11 above in sequence. The emergency operation procedure for the surface condenser states that when the magnetic level gauge fails to function due to loss of magnetism, operators must adjust the levels based on the remote DCS level gauge. During this process, operators should pay special attention to the following points: 1. Closely monitor the performance of the surface condenser level gauge, and notify the instrumentation team and dispatch department promptly in case of any abnormalities. 2. In the event that the liquid level indication of the remote DCS fails, immediately switch from automatic to manual control, and pay attention to changes in the turbine exhaust pressure and the outlet pressure of the condensate pump. 3. Closely monitor (1) the changes in the inlet pressure of the condensate pump. (2) The vacuum of the evacuation condenser. (3) Inlet and outlet temperatures of the circulating water. 4. Until the instrument failure is resolved, the on-site operators shall inject or remove brine into the surface condenser based on the outlet pressure of the condensate pump and the opening degree of the reflux valve, while closely monitoring the changes in various process parameters of the turbine. 5. Upon detecting that the exhaust pressure of the turbine is below 20 Kpa and the exhaust temperature continues to rise, notify the dispatch team and all relevant personnel to immediately shut down the machine.
