In our plant’s dissolution workshop, DeltaBar flow meters are used to measure saturated steam, while the differential pressure transmitters are of the EJA110 type, with a range of 0–17.997 kPa. The flow rate at a differential pressure of 2.0 kPa is 30 t/h. For example, if I want the flow rate at 2.0 kPa to be between 20 and 23 t/h, what adjustments need to be made to the transmitters to achieve this? I hope Haiyou can help think it through!
In differential pressure type flowmeters, the differential pressure value is calculated based on the size of the throttling element; the differential pressure value of the transmitter remains constant, and it is not possible to change the transmitter’s range without replacing the throttling element
