Flow meter selection issue!

For the refining industry, where handling small flow rates is involved – such as for diesel, wax oil, etc., with flow rates of a few hundred kilograms per hour – what type of flow meter is suitable? The wax oil used in orifice plates should be able to solidify; gear wheels are prone to getting clogged by dirt, metal rotors tend to absorb small metal particles, and target-type devices are not suitable for low flow rates. Please share your opinions – ideally, those that have been used and don’t tend to develop problems often
How about the turbine? Low flow rates are acceptable, and blockages aren’t a major concern. It seems that the medium isn’t clean, which may lead to easier wear and tear

If high precision is indeed required, a mass flow meter can be used.
For yours, it’s better to use a mass flow meter. For substances that tend to condense, use steam insulation; for low-flow applications, opt for a flow meter with high precision, as this will save a lot of trouble in the long run
