Hello, everyone! Starting in 2007, the Haichuan Chemical Forum truly entered a phase of rapid development. As the forum continues to thrive and develop, we also hope that more knowledgeable individuals will join the management team to contribute to its growth. Managers for the mechanical equipment section are being trained one after another. Friends with relevant expertise who are interested are encouraged to actively contribute to the development of our Haichuan Forum. We are currently seeking real-time moderators for the following sections: 1. Container Technology Exchange Section – 2 real-time moderators are needed for discussions on the design, manufacturing, non-destructive testing, inspection, installation, approval processes, disposal, maintenance, and repair of pressure vessels, atmospheric vessels, and gas tanks. 2. Storage Equipment Technology Exchange Section – 3 real-time moderators are needed for discussions on the design, testing, installation, inspection, and maintenance of vertical, horizontal, low-temperature storage tanks made of stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, as well as oil tanks, floating roof tanks, road transport tanks, marine transport tanks, mixing tanks, reaction tanks, and drinking water tanks. 3. Heat exchange equipment technology exchange area: 2 full-time moderators are sought. Technical exchanges on the design, manufacturing, testing, installation, acceptance, and maintenance of partitioned (fixed tube sheet type, floating head type, stuffing box type, U-tube type) and direct (mixed type) heat exchangers, regenerative heat exchangers, medium heat carrier heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, as well as evaporators and condensers.

4. Boiler and industrial furnace technology exchange area: 2 full-time moderators are sought. Technical exchanges on the design, selection, manufacturing, testing, acceptance, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of steam boilers, hot water boilers, fuel and gas boilers, waste heat boilers, and boiler auxiliary equipment, as well as industrial furnaces.

5. Mechanical technology exchange area: 1 full-time moderator is sought. Technical exchanges on mechanical design, mechanical drafting, software usage, material selection, manufacturing, heat treatment, welding, special manufacturing processes, testing, acceptance, and maintenance. Sub-forums include: Mechanical design technology exchange area, Mechanical manufacturing technology exchange area, and Industry mechanical technology exchange area.

6. Corrosion and protection technology exchange area: 2 full-time moderators are sought. Topics include equipment corrosion prevention design, material selection, corrosion protection for metal materials, electrochemical corrosion protection, metal corrosion protection in process systems, corrosion-resistant materials, corrosion protection in seawater and atmospheric environments, surface treatment, corrosion protection construction, and acceptance procedures. 7. The section for substandard posts in the Mechanical Equipment forum is looking for 2 full-time moderators. This section serves as a place where all irregular posts from the entire Mechanical Equipment forum are gathered; moderators are responsible for organizing these posts or assigning tasks to improve them, after which they are moved to the appropriate sections. 8. The section dedicated to activities related to mechanical equipment and equipment management is also looking for 2 full-time moderators. This section is used for carrying out various activities related to mechanical equipment, as well as for discussions on equipment management. Basic requirements: enthusiasm for forum work, preferably as a professional in the relevant field. Members applying to become official moderators must be at the fifth grade of elementary school or above, with a total of 100 hours of online time. They should have about 1 hour per day available for managing the forum, and the number of management tasks they carry out each month as well as their ratings must meet the forum’s requirements (see below). Compensation: 300 Wealth per month + variable bonuses; if section-specific events are held, I can provide the necessary funds for those events. Qualified moderators: minimum of 30 hours of management, 180 management actions (with more than 120 rating actions and more than 60 non-rating management actions). Good moderators: minimum of 60 hours of management, 220 management actions (with more than 140 rating actions and more than 80 non-rating management actions). Excellent moderators: over 100 hours of online time, 360 management actions (with more than 240 rating actions and more than 120 non-rating management actions).
