Can the size of uploaded attachments be increased?

On the forum, some attachments uploaded contain data that is compressed too much (in some cases due to restrictions on file size), which increases the total number of attachments and hinders downloading. I was wondering if it’s possible to increase the maximum size allowed for individual attachments?
Attachment size is restricted by level within the forum, and by server or network speed externally.
It can be increased a bit; otherwise, lower-grade students won’t have enough wealth to download.
