The reinspection for the renewal of a company’s safety production license is carried out by the Safety Supervision Bureau and is mandatory; For cleaner production audits, some enterprises are required to undergo them by law, while others do so on a voluntary basis, depending on the requirements set by the local environmental protection authorities. The safety production license for hazardous chemicals manufacturing enterprises must be renewed every three years, while for enterprises subject to mandatory clean production audits, the interval between two such audits shall not exceed five years.
If a company achieves clean production, it means that the processes it uses must be energy-efficient and advanced, the production site must be leak-free, and safety conditions generally remain good.
Clean production means saving energy and reducing consumption. Our company has already undertaken activities related to clean production; the main tasks include boiler upgrades, water-saving projects (with an investment of 10 million yuan, resulting in 2,000 tons of water saved per day), improvements to water treatment systems to increase the proportion of water treated internally – currently this figure is nearly 100% – setting appropriate temperatures for air conditioning, turning off fluorescent lights when not needed, recycling solid waste, and establishing teams to carry out energy-saving initiatives. Clean production is primarily related to environmental aspects, and it isn’t closely connected to safety issues

After that, the implementation phase can begin, involving things like funding preparation and impact analysis. Finally, a summary is made to ensure continuous progress in clean production efforts.
