The electrical contact level gauge and the magnetic flip-disc level gauge are installed in the correct manner and at the same height, but the displayed values differ. What could be the reasons for this?

One issue with electric contact level gauges is that the pressure and temperature in a sealed container are closely related to the water level, and these factors are also affected by changes in load. As for magnetic flap level gauges, their measurement accuracy is not comparable to that of electric contact level gauges; they rely on magnetic floats for measurement, so they don’t provide as clear an indication as electric contact gauges, and they have a slightly greater delay in responding. Additionally, magnetic flap level gauges can be affected by a decrease in the magnetism of the magnetic floats, which in turn affects their measurement accuracy.
The electrode distribution of the electrical contacts is not evenly spaced within the measurement range, and this might be the cause of the problem
This phenomenon occurs in many devices; this deviation should be linear, and it can be corrected during actual use. If the deviation is nonlinear, then it is necessary to check whether there is contaminated material on the magnetic flip plate.
