Sealed loading is generally suitable for liquefied gas (liquefied petroleum gas, liquid ammonia, liquid chlorine, etc.), volatile (gasoline, methanol, etc.), toxic and harmful (benzene, methyl ether) media (possible crossover). The purpose is to prevent the volatilized vapor of materials from causing damage to the environment and personnel safety at the loading and unloading operation site. It can be used during bottom loading and bottom unloading. The sealing effect is achieved by connecting to the tanker through flanges, quick connectors, etc. During top loading and unloading, the top loading port of the tanker is mostly sealed by a sealing cap (there are also flanges and quick connector connections). The vapor returned through the gas phase pipeline is best recovered, and at least high-altitude emission treatment is required, otherwise sealed loading will be meaningless. Liquefied gases and highly volatile liquids are transported by pressure tankers. The gas phase and liquid phase crane pipes used for train loading and unloading are connected to the tank car flanges respectively. The design pressure is generally 2.5-4.0Mpa. The liquid phase pipe diameter is Dn50 or Dn80, and the gas phase pipe diameter is Dn50. When loading and unloading the car, the crane pipe is connected to the tanker with a quick connector, the liquid phase diameter is Dn50, and the gas phase diameter is Dn25. The head of the crane tube is equipped with a valve, and the liquid phase must also be equipped with a vent tube. The gas phase pipe is connected to the gas space of the storage tank. For loading volatile liquids, use crane tubes with sealing caps. Use a gas phase pipe to guide the gas in the tanker during the loading process to the oil and gas recovery device or discharge it off-site.
