What the moderator is referring to is probably the gear oil injection system of the grinder; it’s also known as a dry oil injection system. I happen to know a little about it, but please forgive my ignorance if what I say is incorrect. The dry oil injection system uses instrument air as its power source – one path is used for atomization and cleaning, while the other path serves to transport the oil (the pipeline connected to the fuel tank transports the oil). These two paths mix together in a multi-stage distributor, from where the oil is sprayed out at regular intervals through nozzles! Spray it every 20 or 30 minutes, then purge; the countdown will continue in a loop. If you need more details, I can provide all the oil circuit diagrams for the grinder along with actual photos. The coal mill gear oil injection device creates an oil film between the large gear and the small gear to ensure the lubrication of the gears. The injection device uses compressed air along with instrument air, and oil is injected intermittently at regular intervals to lubricate the gears. The injection time and the interval time can be set. The nozzle outlet of the fuel injector has pin-type outlets that are parallel to each other, thereby creating a uniform oil film at the gear outlet. The injection time and the interval time are specified; a long interval results in poor lubrication, while a short interval leads to significant oil waste!

The working principle of the intelligent dry oil injection lubrication system for coal grinding mills is as follows: When the system is started, the solenoid valve opens first to blow air and ensure that the nozzles are unobstructed. At the same time, the oil level in the tank is checked; once there are no faults, the lubrication pump starts automatically. The oil passes through various filtration stages and then, via a distribution valve, reaches the nozzles where it mixes with air. High-pressure gas then breaks down the oil into tiny particles which are sprayed onto the surface of the gears; At the same time, the system collects data such as the fuel tank level, temperature, oil circuit pressure, fuel supply count, flow rate, and air source pressure through sensing elements; this data is then displayed and used for alarms via the HMI on the control panel. The system also controls the grease feeding pump and the air compressor in a linked manner. Additionally, the spray distance and spray width are adjusted by the nozzle.
