Does anyone know the respective functions and principles of the high-pressure and low-pressure oil stations, the light oil station, and glycerin injection in the coal grinding system?
Low-pressure oil: It operates during normal production of the mill, supplying oil between the front and rear main shafts of the mill as well as between the shaft bearings, thereby serving to lubricate them and maintain an oil film. There are 3 pumps in standby and 2 in operation. High-pressure oil: Its inlet is connected to the outlet of the low-pressure oil; it is activated when starting or stopping the mill. Generally, 2 oil pumps are required to operate simultaneously in order to create an oil film between the front and rear main shafts and shaft bearings, thus reducing wear on the shaft bearings during startup and shutdown. The above-mentioned low-pressure and high-pressure oils form an independent oil system that is separate from thin oil lubrication and dry oil spraying; the oil tanks are also separate. Thin oil station: This actually refers to the lubricating oil used in the gearbox, and it involves forced circulation lubrication. There’s not much to say about it – just observe the gearbox, where oil flows in from above and out from below, in a continuous cycle. Usually, 1 pump is in operation while 2 are in standby.
