High and low voltage circuits in refineries?

Regarding the electricity usage in refineries: it is generally divided into high-voltage and low-voltage electricity! How are high-voltage and low-voltage electricity distinguished? Where is high-voltage electricity generally used? Where is low-voltage electricity generally used? I’m particularly unclear about internal operations. I am an operator at a hydrocracking unit!
I haven’t worked in refineries before; let’s talk about the general situation. Generally, high and low voltage refer to 400V (or 380V) as the boundary: voltages below 400V are considered low voltage, while those above 1KV are considered high voltage. The existing voltage levels generally include 550KV, 220KV, 110KV, 35KV, 10KV, 6KV, 3KV, 660V, 380V, 220V, 110V… 550KV and 220KV are now classified as ultra-high voltage; 110KV and 35KV are considered high voltage in a narrow sense; 10KV, 6KV, and 3KV are generally referred to as medium voltage; while 660V, 380V, 220V, 110V… are considered low voltage.
