Hello everyone! I am a newcomer who is just starting to learn about chemical processing equipment, and I would like to seek advice from those who are more experienced. Since I used to work in the manufacturing field, I wanted to learn more things after coming here, but I always felt unsure about where to start. Which expert can teach me the basics? Additionally, to master equipment, one needs to understand the manufacturing process; the original poster has a background in this field, so there should be no problem. Some insights from learning*: 1. It is necessary to understand the principles and structures of the equipment in the system, especially those key devices, by reading as much information as possible ; 2. Understand the composition and function of each component, be able to identify which ones are vulnerable parts, and keep track of the inventory of spare parts ; 3. On this basis, research or consult others regarding past equipment problems that have occurred with this device or in similar industries, as well as the solutions to those problems, so as to have a clear understanding ; 4. Start trying to resolve the equipment issues, thinking as thoroughly as possible. One needs to be both bold and careful, while also paying attention to safety to avoid accidents–always keeping in mind that safety comes first. 5. A less legitimate trick: seek advice from superiors more often—this way, multiple people can help come up with ideas and provide oversight, while also avoiding having to bear all the responsibility in case something goes wrong. ……
