I graduated from university last year and found a job at a private company. I worked there for some time, but there were many things I wasn’t satisfied with, especially regarding holidays and salary. The boss also didn’t keep his promises (he said he would raise my salary, but it still hasn’t happened after several months). Still, I could learn something there. Should I consider changing jobs? Worn out, oh~
In private companies, especially small ones, the owner controls everything directly; it’s a family-style business environment that’s not easy to work in – many decisions aren’t made publicly, and what isn’t said isn’t taken into account. It’s okay to learn something there, but it’s not a place to stay for a long time. I’m planning to switch to another company and start working in a shift-based role.
The overall situation isn’t very good at the moment; it’s advisable to stay steady for now, look for opportunities gradually, and seize the current ones to improve oneself. It seems that what you learn in college isn’t enough without gaining practical experience!
All crows are black everywhere; it’s the same in all places. Moreover, with an economic crisis going on right now, changing jobs isn’t a good idea. It’s better to focus on learning something useful
